 Cat Rags County. Marvin Dugan's cat Slam hitches a
ride to Barbados each Fall on the back of a Finchport Goose. Like clockwork they return
home each Spring to enjoy the Summers in scenic Cat Rags County. This Spring Slam's hair
was so sun bleached and he had lost so much weight, that Marvin didn't recognize him at
first. But he knew right away once he saw the sparkle in his eye and a 30 pound bag of
crab meat. The Finchport, which migrates seasonally between Barbados and Cat Rags County,
is known only rarely to take on passengers. Most noteworthy is that these natural enemies
