 Cat Rags County.
Dave McOmelette has frequented the dumpster behind Beth's Café every day since they
opened in 1954. Yesterday he went inside to participate in a grant program sponsored by
The Bureau of Cat Affairs (BCA). This program determines how large doses of eggs affect
the shine of a cat's fur. Of 184 participating cats, Dave was the only one who finished
Beth's world famous 12 egg omelette. After that he lapped up 3 pounds of hash browns and
doused it down with a quart of milk. Still hungry upon leaving he was seen raiding the
