 Cat Rags County. Harold Drip is filthy rich today
because he conquered his kittenhood fear of getting wet. His mother used to fight to get
him to take a bath, and he'd hide when he saw her tongue. Who'd have thought snorkeling
would have become this cat's passion? While on the reef yesterday, he dog paddled smack
into a life of wealth and plenty. The treasure chest he found was chalk full of pearls,
gems, and golden Spanish Doubloons. He now plans to build his mom a new house with a
